There is no need to leave town to experience the fair! The Pierce County fair has it all. Held the last weekend of June, the carnival rides, petting zoo barns, wide variety of food, 4-H showcase, concerts, and side shows make this the perfect experience for the whole family!
Are you a fan of live music? Rugby has just what you need! The Lions Club brings singers and bands from all over to perform Wednesday evenings during the summer months. Enjoy a relaxing evening in Ellery Park each week with live music and great company.
Each year the community comes together and assembles a parade for both the 4th of July and Parade of Lights for Christmas including the annual lighting of the Christmas tree downtown. Join in the fun or just enjoy watching!
The Rugby Jaycee's coordinate a slate of events in the Rugby community each year. These events include an Easter egg hunt, trunk or treat, haunted house, concerts, and more!
Each year the Rugby Eagles put on an ice fishing tournament on Sand Lake. The tournament includes division for both youth and adults so be sure to bring the whole family! A roast beef dinner follows the tournament at the Eagles each year.
Set up in the Rugby Armory, vendors and crafters from far and wide come together to put on a showcase of their products each year. Proceeds from this showcase benefit the Pierce County Relay for Life.
Local growers, makers, and bakers come together around the middle of July each year to kick off the farmer's market. The markets is on both Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings outside of the Prairie Village Museum!

Pick an evening to see a movie in the historic movie theater located in downtown Rugby. Be sure to grab a bucket of popcorn while you're there! Movies play Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings!
The Prairie Village is open from Spring to Fall, weather dependent. Take a walk through a turn of the century railroad town on the prairie. 20+ buildings filled with original historical items are fun for the whole family.
